This afternoon symposium celebrated the late Professor Pippa Tyrrell’s enormous contributions to stroke care, stroke research and life after stroke. Friends and colleagues shared insights into how Pippa shaped the transformation of care for people affected by stroke, both in Manchester and across the UK, and how she contributed to the current status of stroke research and treatment.
